These guys are awesome and have the best customer support i have ever received in my life. Quality products, with real leather, hoods are also super light weight and easy on the neck, and they come with high quality head gear which i love! Highly recommend, shipped very fast especially since im in canada

My son loves his Outlaw Leather hood. He said it’s really light & the edges of the hood are all rounded and smooth. The soft suede leather doesn't push up against his chin like some others have done. Communication was polite and timely. The hood arrived 21 days after ordering, even with a custom made order over the Christmas and New Years holidays. We’re very please with the transaction and just ordered a second hood from them. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Waited over 3 weeks for a hood and they sent the wrong order. They told me I could drive across town to print a packing label then drive to the other side of town to ship the wrong order back to them. When I asked what they were going to do to make up for this inconvenience they said they would send something extra. I asked them what that would be and they said some stickers and a hat.... That's worth all of about $5 to me and not worth the time and inconvenience. Horrible customer service.

I ordered a hood while having a week in-between jobs and choose 2 day shipping so I would get it before I left for new job. After 4 days I sent email asking when it will be shipped and was told shipping out that day. 2 days later still hadn't shipped. Call to cancel cause it wouldn't be here before I left for job. I had to pay 15 dollars to cancel it when I was lied to about it being shipped. Very disappointed.

Outlaw leather has given me the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had issues with the hood ( that was no fault of the company) and he walked through it all the way. Even offered to send me a new hood to fix the issues. I have became a customer for life and will definitely be ordering off his site in the future. 💯 recommend his hoods and products. His hoods are high quality, I feel the price of his hoods are reasonable since his newer hoods are not chopped tigerhoods, also they’re made in the U.K actually. Quality leather and rivets. I have nothing negative to say. Jesus the owner has done a lot for me have recommended to my friend’s and even they like them.

I bought this pocket hood a little while back. And let me tell you it’s life changing when you’re a plant welder. It stays tight to your face and top of your head and really let’s you look in on some of the hard to see spots. Only regret is not buying this thing sooner. All those hard field welds would have been much easier.
